They had made plans to elope to New York City in May 2020. Due to COVID-19 travel limitations put in place in March, they originally postponed their plans to marry. When their local city hall reopened on May 11, Jenn and Brendon secured a license and were married on their original wedding date of May 15. Due to gathering limitations, they had a very small group of friends in attendance: Nicki Kent-Scambio officiated the service, and Elyssa Tardif and Stefan Kaszycki were witnesses.]]></dcterms:description>

The resource section of this publication, which includes an introduction by Angelina Denomme, Communication &amp; Engagement Coordinator of the Rhode Island Coalition for the Homeless, includes current listings as of March 2021, of shelters and services in Rhode Island, alphabetically organized by cities and towns.
