    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Write Rhode Island’s COVID-19 flash non-fiction program Our Lives Now, a co-creation of School One and local authors Hester Kaplan and Taylor Polites, invites young people in grades 7 through 12 in the state of Rhode Island to submit a 400-word reflection on the changes in their lives during these extraordinary times. Crying in the Rain was written by Nicolette Kirwan, an 8th grade student at Archie R. Cole Middle School who lives in East Greenwich. This image accompanies the essay and shows a ruler laying on the ground with a heart drawn in chaulk. ]]></dcterms:description>
