    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[We looked at how restaurants have been affected by COVD. We interviewed Om Devkota, Rick Simone and Kristen Adamo, who are connected to the restaurant industry. We created a documentary that explains how COVD has caused restaurant businesses to adapt and learn from their experience. A lot of restaurants unfortunately opened when COVD was just hitting and a few months after they opened, they had to close. Our goal is to gather information on how COVD has shaped the way restaurants do their business and see if they have learned from their experience.]]></dcterms:description>

    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[For as long as we can remember, we’ve been checking books out of libraries: our school libraries, our public libraries, and even libraries we’ve cultivated in our own homes. But, in addition to books, we realize that libraries are hubs for hundreds of activities and interactions. Daily, libraries are entangled in so many systems that make our society work the way it does. As we’ve learned about how libraries serve their surrounding communities, we’ve witnessed the dense web of community that libraries create.
